01The brief
A six-story outpatient pavilion with surgical suites, imaging, and clinic floors — every system held to healthcare inspection standards and infection-control protocol.
We ran ICRA barriers from day one and commissioned each floor as a complete, inspected unit so the network could open clinics as they finished rather than waiting on the whole building.
